Jean Smith Associate Director Jean retired after 15 years of Wild Connections work, but continues as a volunteer to cover administration, publications and fund raising. She is a bird-watcher and photographer. She lives in Colorado Springs where the Wild Connections' home office has a marvelous view of Pikes Peak.

John Chapman Project Director John has many years of administrative and program experience with the National Park Service and Southern Rockies Conseration Alliance's wildfire protection program. He is overseeing the restoration project in Green Mountain and working on issues of concern for our region. On Saturdays he can usually be found at the Westernaires practice sessions assisting granddaughter with her horse.
