Policies and Program

Non-Discrimination Policy

"The Corporation shall operate, do business and hire staff without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, physical limitations, gender or sexual orientation, and shall at all times actively seek to promote equal opportunity for all persons." (Articles of Incorporation, Article 5)

Issues Policies
As a general policy Wild Connections seeks change through collaboration and application of sound science to public lands issues.  We are a member of the Southrn Rockies Conservation Alliance whose members work together to craft policy statements on selected issues that guide our respective organizations. Wild Connections is not obligated to endorse SRCA policies, but in general we do. Other organizations are better equipped by skills and mission to pursue ligitgation and active lobbying, which we do not do.

Program Activities and Reports
Archives of Landscapes, our conservation journal/newsletter, and E-News which is more issue oriented are found on the Library page.  You will also find various formal reports and publications in PDF format there. Program priorities are guided by the Wild Connections Conservation Plan, a science-based management scenario for the areas public lands.
